Exchange Policy: If you wish to exchange a product for a different design or model, you can do so within the 10-day return window. The product must be in original condition. Shipping charges for the return and replacement will be borne by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products, items purchased during sales or promotional events, and products without original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.

Warranties Policy
